What we ran
Service 1
Meta Ads
Paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram: campaign structure, audiences, creative, lead forms and traffic to the site. Separate campaigns for drivers and for property owners, measured to the lead. The rules that shape that split are covered in Meta ads for trucking.
Service 2
SMM
Running the Instagram account: content plan, filming and editing, profile design, highlights and replies. The account is what a driver checks before he trusts an advertisement.
The account as it stands: 292 posts, profile built out with highlights for locations, support and parking lots.
Two audiences
The advertising ran on two audiences at once, in separate campaigns.
| Audience | What the ad offered |
|---|---|
| Drivers and carriers | A secure spot near the route, bookable in advance, at a price they can see |
| Property owners | A paying tenant for a yard that already sits empty |
Website form or Meta lead form
| Where the lead was captured | Leads | Cost each |
|---|---|---|
| On the website | 904 | $6.65 |
| Inside Meta | 913 | $9.33 |
| Together | 1817 | $8.00 |
Half the leads never touched a form inside the ad. They clicked through and filled one in on the site, a third cheaper. Accounts that count only in-app leads report half their own result.
What the 913 advertising leads were
| Type | Count |
|---|---|
| General lead form | 675 |
| Parking | 204 |
| Bookings | 17 |
| Registrations | 17 |
913 in total, plus 119 comments and 4 direct messages that most reports leave out.
Bookings and registrations follow supply. They grow with the number of yards listed on the platform, not with the advertising budget.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with platforms and software, not only carriers?
Both. Carriers hire us to fill trucks, platforms and services hire us to bring clients. ParkMyTrucks is the second kind, and the account ran drivers and property owners at the same time.
What does it cost to work with you?
Meta ads are $2,000 a month in service fee, with a minimum advertising budget of $2,000 on top. SMM runs from $1,000 to $2,200 a month, depending on how much filming and editing it takes.
What services do you offer?
Full cycle. Meta ads, Google ads, organic search, branding and web development. Most clients start with one channel and add the rest once it pays back.
What do the reports look like?
We run our own platform for clients. Every day you get a request to mark what happened with the leads, so the account is judged on your feedback and not only on our numbers. On top of that, a full report every week and every month.
